BPS: The set includes a steel plancha 28 x 34 cm and a stainless steel burger press with a diameter of 14 cm.
On plancha can be cooked 4 large burgers with a diameter of up to 14 cm at once. In addition to a variety of grilled dishes, bacon and eggs, pancakes, steaks, vegetables and seafood – plancha is perfect for this. Suitable for use on charcoal and gas grills, gas burners, stoves (including induction cooker).
Do not use the maximum power on the induction cooker!
Plancha is compatible with the following GrillSymbol grills: Chef, Chef-XL, Chef-NXS, Naked Chef and Naked Chef XL. Fits into larger models (L and XL sizes)- All available on our site.
With a burger press, you can make homemade hamburgers or the best beef steak and grill them on the hot plancha! A strong and handy burger press allows you to press the burger or steak against the hot cooking surface to help the meat cook evenly.

It is not recommended to wash steel plancha in the dishwasher. In a dishwasher, the burnt-in protective coating will come off and the burn-in process should be redone.
