Argentine/Asado grill rack with grease collector, made of stainless steel. The grease collector ensures a better cooking result by reducing flames during cooking. The product has been passivated, i.e. it has undergone a chemical process that removes the oxide layer, welding residues and machining marks from the surface of the piece. As a result, the stainless steel is more resistant to corrosion and has a uniform greyish colour.
